Points for the '77 Cutless, my 17yo self loved borrowing dad's '77 Cutless supreme brogham 350 on date night. Dark blue metallic.... I have a '78 240D, in the stable. One of two MBs and unlike our R170, it doesn't have disintegrating 'painted' interior plastics/dash. Thank you Chrysler for giving Daimler a new bottom to the barrel in those days. I don't think MB is going in the right direction. Over a million sold of W123 platform and the reliability and affordability of the Benz worldwide made the brand.
