Hello and thank you for your question!  All you need to do is go to the three stacked dots in the right hand corner of your post (below, they look like a stop light) and then click Edit Message.    That will take you to a new screen with the full contents of your post.  From there you can go to the box that holds the content of your message, click on the photo and delete it!    ...
