This scam has been going on for quite some time. The "seller" always has some **bleep**& bull story about not being available and the car is with a broker. They offer a 5 day return offer with shipping in both directions. Logic will tell you who would give an offer like that?

Back in 1971,I drove my 1962 Rambler American onto to the sand of Jamaica Bay In Queens NY. I had oversized rear tires on it so I figured it would have no problem. Long story short, got stuck in the sand,tow trucks couldn't get it out before the tide came in.Good bye Rambler.

Mice are one thing but squirrels are a horror.I had one who repeatedly built a nest on the engine in my RV.I would clear it out only to find it rebuilt in 1 or 2 days.I finally solved it by zip tieing chicken wire under engine compartment all the way to the transmission. The little sucker couldn't get past that.

I agree!I have a 1960 Morris Minor with a screaming 37 HP.When I drive it I wind it up in every gear until it screams all the way to about 60 mph.(Only guestimating my speed,speedometer bounces around a bit).LOL 🤣

I know the feeling.I'll go look at some car from a classified,Hemmings Facebook Market Place or whatever with a price you can't beat.I know it will need work but what the heck ,it won't be the first POS I 've bought.Once looking at it I convince myself it's not too bad,a price is negotiated and another stray mutt follows me home.
