Thanks for the article. This does contain some truth and accuracy in many of the points made. There are a lot of _ricks out there. They act like cliquish high school girls only meaner. It’s like any social circle.  I don’t however  agree that it’s harder for young enthusiasts though. If they are driven by their passion they will find a way to get involved.
