Hello and welcome to the forums! Unfortunately it should like you need to do some work to your new Corvette, as it's a hydraulic clutch. if you are lucky you might need to add some fluid, but odds are (at the minimum) you will need to flush out the old fluid with fresh stuff and check for leaks at either the master or slave cylinder.
I would top off the reservoir and check for leaks first. Good luck!
