The tradition continues on with Hagerty Dawn Patrol! We'll miss seeing you in person this year for coffee and donuts in Monterey, CA but that won't stop us from celebrating the joy of driving the cars we love. And earning a coveted hat in the process.
Set your alarm for Sunday, 16 August 2020 and take a drive between 6-9 a.m.
Whether this is your 7th hat or your first, with this time honored tradition you'll join the ranks of a magical club of car lovers - and hey, you can always nap later!

Tired, frustrated and over it
I'm excited to be a part of my first drive at dawn and show off a cool hat at shows. Now which of my cars should I drive? 1967 Karmann Ghia, 1974 BMW 2002, or 2010 Carrera 4s? Thanks Hagerty for insuring new and old classics alike, you're the best insurance I've ever worked with.
Well, it is not quite dawn anymore, (and I know that it is past 9:00am now here on the east coast)...
But took this photo earlier, when I was about to go for a drive in my 1983 Mazda RX-7.
It is too rainy here in the lower Hudson Valley of New York to take out the 1968 AMX, or the 1969 Corvair Monza Convertible.
Attempted to start this via my phone - but I kept on getting a "gateway" error message.
Hope everyone else's drives were a bit dryer.
Regards from Putnam County NY!
One great thing about living in Texas is that there is always a historic square with an old courthouse to visit on a road trip. This morning - Coffee at Jupiter House on the Denton Square!
I took a spirited drive early this perfect morning in my '88 Carrera on the wonderful twisties in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park near my home. And I got home in time for the Spanish Grand Prix pre-race coverage!
A ride and a drive this morning. Deeply miss the early morning atmosphere of Pebble and seeing all my friends in the dim light of a 6 volt headlight. Glad to still be adding to my Dawn Patrol hat collection...only missed the first 2 years...
