The tradition continues on with Hagerty Dawn Patrol! We'll miss seeing you in person this year for coffee and donuts in Monterey, CA but that won't stop us from celebrating the joy of driving the cars we love. And earning a coveted hat in the process.
Set your alarm for Sunday, 16 August 2020 and take a drive between 6-9 a.m.
Whether this is your 7th hat or your first, with this time honored tradition you'll join the ranks of a magical club of car lovers - and hey, you can always nap later!

Great morning for a top down drive.....
It’s a drizzly morning in SC (like most Dawn Patrols now that I think of it) so it’s a Jeep day for us.*

Early morning risers!!! Load up!
Happy Dawn Patrol and the best of luck to our California brothers and sisters dealing with the fires. From sunny Florida.

Headed to pebble beach, or maybe just the Tx hill country.
A misty concourse drive...perfectly appropriate!
On my way to work at the Henry Ford's Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan where I am one of the Historic Vehicle drivers and presenters. Today I'll be driving a 1914 Model T Touring Car for ambiance since we aren't giving guests the experience of an actual Model T ride. My 1937 Ford Tudor Sedan is my usual transportation in nice weather.

This is Nigel, a 1977 MGB. He's been bobbed of the bumpers.
Took the wife for breakfast to local Powdersville SC eatery. I like the top down but it messes with her wavy hair. It's a 67 Royal Plum Corvair with factory power top, 110hp w/PG. Technically the sun wasn't quite up.
Up for an early morning cruise on this sunny Sunday morning in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada!
This is my first classic car and first post, as well as dawn patrol
Sunrise run without the sun
No sun this morning but at least the rain stopped. Good plan no rain for a car with no roof. 😀
My first but not last Drive at Dawn event but not my last. Next time in Monterey.
Ride started with the testing out the windshield wipers, but worth the ride! Good idea Hagerty.

After over forty years of wanting to. We had for the first time the ability to attend car week and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in 2019 because are daughter was stationed at NPS Monterey. We were on the field at 6:00AM Sunday morning to see the cars roll in last year for the Dawn Patrol, but unfortunately didn’t score a sweet hat. Maybe this year we’ll get one and maybe even two?

Had a blast with the Drive at Dawn today in SWFL. Took my son out, who turns 5 next week, for donuts and coffee (or in his case, hot chocolate) while driving the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Ended our drive with a cruise on Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41). Hope everyone else has a great morning!
Out for my early AM ride in Lusso-my Ferrari wannabe...of course he’s a three pedal car!...”jonesing” real bad for all things “car week” especially the dawn patrol for the Tour d’elegance and dawn patrol Sunday...really really miss all my friends...stay healthy...until next year...
