Obviously what a car looks like on the outside is important. But i suspect many are like me and enjoy the mechanical views. After all, there’s a reason for all those raised hoods at the show-n-shines.
So do something no Tesla owner will likely do…and post up a picture of what ya got.

Here is my little engine. Not the most powerful but it only moves 2500 pounds.
I will say it may have one of the best exhaust sounds ever out of Detroit. It has a good rumble that sound like a V8. I often get asked which V8 I have.
Nice clean install. Wish you could attach an audio file, so we could hear that rumble! 😊

That is as she came from the factory nearly 40 years ago. Never had the engine out. Just decades of detailing.
This is an example what an automaker could do to dress up an engine vs just a plastic cover. Powder coat and stainless can really make an engine look right.
The C8 finally has returned some of the detailing.
