I posted a whiny complaint about not getting my hat, happy to say Hagerty has reached out to me. Good customer service always makes up for a mistake or two.
That is sad to hear, I finally got mine, and Anami always got back to me.
I never submitted for the hat but we've got dang fine insurance!
