I've yearned for an AMX since I was 18 in 1968.

‘68-‘70 models (with the 390) would run with any of the period muscle cars. The short wheelbase and monster torque made them much more fun to drive. Having owned a few I found the build quality of the ‘70 model to be superior. Very underrated and unappreciated.
