My decision to buy a Ferrari 458 worked out pretty well, except for the torn hamstring

God is punishing me for buying a Ferrari. Two days after signing the bottom line on a 458 Spider, He Who Must Be Obeyed rent asunder my right hamstring. To be fair, I ripped the semi-membranous portion of my right hamstring tendon at Orange Theory Fitness.

The 458 has an auto box with paddles. In automatic, it shifts to 7th gear at 40mph. Plenty of torque but paddles FTW!

I had a grad 2 hamstring injury with a massive hematoma. Did it playing soft ball.

We were short players so I stayed in the game. I hopped to first for three singles after the injury.

I had no idea how bad it was till the next day the back of my leg was black from the hematoma.

I’d I had a Ferrari I would not complain and just enjoy the drive. There are so many healthy people without Ferraris. Lol!

And this is why SUVs or Trucks rule for us older folks. They are just easier to get into and out of. Not hating on sports cars as I have them too, but your go to chariot should be something a little higher. Good looking dog though.
