How much would this kind of 4.0L engine treatment cost. Total Parts and Labor expense. Estimate s fine.

I am the first and only owner of a pristine 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (2-Door) 4.0L. It urrently has only 28,000 original miles. If we wanted to increase the engine performance would it be more cost effective to install a turbo-charger and headers or perform a similar rebuild to STROKE it to 4.6L?

What other crazy performance options are there? V8 Swap, Turbo-Diesel Swap, Electrification, etc... What is the most cost effective? Thanks for any input.
