The Reliant Robin came to my mind as well. Unlike the Robin, which was very light, this one might be harder to set upright when it tips over. Putting two wheels in the front and one in the rear works well Morgan sports cars have had this setup for over half a century. One in the front and two in the rear is like a child's tricycle - they tip easily.
Another part of the Hobby endlessly interesting. Observing some people's ideas made into something real is always an achievement, weather you like the result or not.
