I just purchased a 1927 Chevrolet Pickup/Ratrod. In order to get a plate in NJ, I need to have a NSRA Safety inspection sticker. From what I see, you need to attend one of their National events, in order to get the inspection. I am hoping I am wrong and there is inspectors within the State of NJ, that can inspect the car. Any suggestions?
That's a good question! From what I saw on their website you can also register "in a New Jersey street rod club" and not just the NSRA.
I would join a NJ street rod club very soon and get friendly with their officers. 🙂
Thanks! Yes, I have reached out to the North Jersey Street Rod Association, by leaving a message on there contact page. But no reply and the website has not been updated in years. I will look into some other clubs.
