When Chrysler Corporation's answer to the Ford Mustang came along in the spring of 1964, it was no secret that it was a rush job. The first Plymouth Barracuda, save the grille and the 2070-square-inch rear window, was otherwise a lowly Valiant. The glass-backed creation awkwardly yet valiantly (!)

I don't know why, but I've always liked the notchback version of the Gen 2 Barracuda.  The convertible and fastbacks are great - and a HUGE improvement over the Gen 1 cars, but the notchback just speaks to me.  So I'm please to see that that would also cost me the least amount of money, should I ever decide to get one.

67 to 69 baraccuda were my favorite. I actually prefer a gen 2 fastback with a 340/ 4speed then a 70 hemi car. Not good financial sense.
